Returns
Because each planter is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly review your claim and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- Your order cannot be fulfilled.
- Your package is confirmed lost by the carrier.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
